conv

Convolution / polynomial multiplication (M-Code convention)

Syntax

w = conv(u, v)

Description

Convolves two vectors, equivalent to polynomial multiplication with descending-order coefficients.

Parameters

NameDescription
uFirst input vector (descending order)
vSecond input vector (descending order)

Returns

Convolution result (descending order)

Examples

Try It
>> conv([1 1], [1 1])
[1 2 1]
