Description
Computes the lower incomplete gamma function of symbolic expressions. The lower incomplete gamma function γ(s, x) is defined as the integral of t^(s-1)e^(-t) from 0 to x. It represents the cumulative distribution function of the gamma distribution (up to normalization).
