Computes the upper incomplete gamma function of symbolic expressions.

sym.uppergamma(s, x)
Description
Computes the upper incomplete gamma function of symbolic expressions. The upper incomplete gamma function Γ(s, x) is defined as the integral of t^(s-1)e^(-t) from x to infinity. It's the complement of the lower incomplete gamma function.
